Investigator: Rana Zadeh, PhD, Design & Environmental Analysis, Cornell University; Paul Eshelman, MFA, Design & Environmental Analysis, Cornell University; Judith Serta, MD, MPH, FACP, Medical Director, Hospice of Central NY

Overview: This study will rapidly translate the results of gathered evidence from an in‐depth literature review, analysis of case studies, and a survey of hospice caregiver perspectives into a set of recommendations and infographics. The guide will offer caregivers an easy reference on how to adapt the physical aspects of the environment of care, whether at home or in residence, to the unique physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs of the person at the end of life.
